This is the director's cut for Stick n' Bite or 可烤可串, a Chinese-style barbeque restaurant in Kuching, Sarawak. Designed to be fun and vibrant to break free from the red themed designs that is often overly used. Although this is a spicy new brand, the client had a bigger picture in mind to ensure the brand can be franchised in the near future. In order to do so, we focused on curating a design system from the ground to future-proof possible transitions.

Although the targeted customers are Chinese based, we wanted to capture a wider audience. Therefore, we curated a brand that was both Chinese and English friendly. We'd say our biggest challenge in this project was the menu development, but first, we had to experience the food - luckily for us, our team loves spicy food.
