While we enjoy designing landed residential projects, this was one of the more challenging ones as the client was looking for a total makeover while retaining the existing structure. As we aspire to be the best concept architects and interior designers in Kuching, we had to find the right balance between aesthetics and structure.

Although this is a spicy new brand, the client had a bigger picture in mind to ensure the brand can be franchised in the near future. In order to do so, we focused on curating a design system from the ground to future-proof possible transitions. After a number of design exercises and assuring the measurements on-site were aligned with our CAD, we wanted to keep things as simple as possible. In each possible view, we worked within 5 major materials or less while maximising vertical lines to compensate for the elongated footprint. A small detail was added across the design, grove-lines that functional to trap and divert rainwater — and, it gave the design character breaking up large planes in order to feel more lightweight.

In a nutshell
End-to-end or all-in-one services are the way to go. At first glance, it might seem like a bigger investment, but the real value lies in the time saved, seamless coordination, and the cohesive outcome that only a single, dedicated team can deliver.

Instead of juggling multiple vendors, our clients enjoy a streamlined process where branding, marketing, interior design, and social media management work together harmoniously. The result? A polished, strategically aligned brand presence—both online and offline—that feels effortless yet impactful. And yes, it looks expensive, because we’re delivering 3–5x more services than the average vendor, ensuring a level of quality, consistency, and strategic execution that sets brands apart.
